Residents are served three meals daily in our gracious dining room. All our chefs are safe-serve certified and pride themselves on preparing homemade offerings starting the day with a hearty breakfast including hot entrees, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, juice/coffee and freshly baked muffins and scones. Don’t feel like going to breakfast? We serve coffee, pastry, flavored water, juice and fruit in our country kitchen where you can read the daily papers and catch up on the news.
You can smell the soup of the day each morning along with the entrees offered-too many to list here. An always available menu has alternate soups, salads (with or without chicken or shrimp), fruit & cheese plates, hot dogs, burgers, and an array of sandwiches grilled or plain, entree choices, sides, and the fish of the day. Yes, we also have a dessert menu!
Ed Gorman, Dining Director/Executive Chef offers his “Chef’s Special” every Wednesday to brighten up your week. And Chef Ed holds monthly dining service meetings for feedback and special requests. Families often work with Chef Ed to plan special dinners and parties for their loved ones.
